Assassin/Ninja Help Assassin Build Level 70ish

Hello, I just rejoined this game and am a level 67 assassin. I used to play spell spam so I went acrobat but feel like it is way too squishy now. Also it seem like game want me to go Dexterity build (Currently maining Intelligence). Here is everything I have:

Helmet: Meikyo Shisui & Mask of Enlightenment
Armour: Chaos & Admiral
Legging: Evening Primrose & Antimony & Mirror's Edge
Boot: Wavelength & Abysso Galoshes
Weapon: Bull & Locrian & Chakram
Budget: 15 LE

P.S. Any general direction on which assassin ability tree/ability point is the meta atm would be very helpful for me.

Note that Chakram + Shisui combo is impossible for me due to lack of ability point
