• Soarfae - Air damage and defence, agility points (Highly recommended to replace with Hive chestplate)
• Dark Channeler - Huge spell damage bonus, Water and Thunder defences
• Capricon - Mana regen and steal, Walk Speed bonus, Intelligence and Agility points, Water and Air defence

Accessories

• Raging Wind - Walk Speed, Air damage, Agility points
• Moon Pool Cirlet - Mana Regen
• Diamond Steam Bracelet - Air damage and defence, Walk Speed, Agility points (Use Contrail if you don't have it)
• Necklace of Thousand Stroms - Air damage, Walk Speed, Agility points

Weapons

• Weathered will be the best choice. If you don't have it, use Ivory
• Slider for enemies with high elemental defence
• Rewind for Water + Air damage

• Smoke Bomb: 20K

This is from compass or did you actually calculate it yourself? The compass doesn't give the right values

Also I can test this with Weathered for you if you have a Spectre I can borrow :p

W/ trash Spectre and no Moonpool - Using Gold steam brace and ring

5-8k Spins, typically 7k+
1.7k-2.8k per tick on smoke bomb
500-800 per hit on Multi
About 3-4k on Fatality hit
700-1100 melee hit

This is only the Air damage, they all do more than that counting other elements and raw spell damage
