And a Thunder built with Roulette

I'm not good with low level builds
actually then again I'm not good with builds in general nvm
but anyways for Amadeus

https://wynndata.tk/s/blR29o Morph set is really good at low levels, and the ls from nii shako is able to counteract the -ls of amadeus
