As An Archer, Is Mana/life Steal Were Better Than Mana/health Regerenation?

My current archer build :
- Mana regerenation to cast spells more often.
- Health regerenation to heal myself without potions.
- Elements : air, water, thunder | for evasion, double damage, and more spells.

I read the neighborhood thread reply about mana steal is op at archer because of the arrow storm.
And I just reliaze that's correct and I'm not building the op build.
The advantage of mana regerenation against mana steal that I know is, I can constantly cast escape for travelling, especially at the sea(since rip boat).
While I can't find any advantage of health regerenation against life steal.

Are those steals IDs were really op compared to the regerenation ids?
If yes, should I change my build or not?
Should I change it as soon as possible or at specific moment?
My archer is level 81 and my strongest gear is level 75

 

Use both,because if you run out of mana when you're fighting you have the mana/life steal,and if there isn't any mobs you still have a bit of regeneration.

 

steal abilities are not good on archer, because it will be really hard to hit the target while its moving.

but casting spells is easier from basic attacks, so building high spell dmg % and raw.spell dmg will do a great job.
also mana regen and health regen will be good

 

Currently my only mana steal gear is heliophobia, should I keep it or change it with clock helm

 

no just change your whole build to thunder water (high spell dmg and mana regen) and if you can, buy an Az for now.
Az have super fast attack speed which will grant you a lot of spell dmg, Az also have high base dmg, you can deal over 10k dmg without any items at all.

Or keep it like this and use Maelstrom if you don't have Az

 

What's Az?

 

A level 74 thunder bow.It's a mythic,you can have one for 2-2.5 stacks.

 

I lost my Maelstrom, should I buy Az now?

min 80 dextiry

the ids dont really matter, but if they are high its nice

Then buy a Maelstrom,or a Spiritshock if you really want a thunder build.
If you want to use a Maelstrom you can use this build.

I use Az and I am going for thunder/ air....for some reason.....

I just like to run fast I guess.

But idk thunder water might be better.....
