Artic snake is a direct downgrade??

    The title is pretty self explanatory. Default ice snake is 40% slowness for 3 seconds, while artic snake just removes the slowness completely for 1 second of freeze.

    IDK if this is a bug and it's supposed to freeze for 1s and slow for 3, but the one second of freeze is a direct downgrade and slows down mobs significantly less, which is pretty annoy since slowing with ice snake is an important tool for arcanist.

    Yeah i feel like it should be freeze 1s, then slow 40% 2 seconds afterwards

    There's also a bug with eye piercer where it won't apply the blindess effect unless you have the wind slash upgrade too
