Arrow Storm With Bob's Bow Isn't Working.

Well, Archer's best ability is now blocked out when I use Bob's bow. It's with no other bow, I've tried like 3 other bows. I don't know why this is happening or if it's happening to anyone else. When I use the move, it says I did it but nothing happened.

i could use it at first but like an hour after starting it wouldnt let me

 

For me, it works with Windforce (and some low level bows on my second Archer) but it doesn't work with my Infinity.
