Arrai-Veretel Sword Skin?

Hi, I saw someone with the sword skin Arrai-Veretel uses from the quest All Roads to Peace. I would just like to know if this is an actual skin and if so, which crate would it belong to. I really like it, but after checking the wiki, I can't seem to find it. If anyone could let me know, I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Edit: It seems mobs from Lazarus Pit quest have this sword as well.

 

Yes, it is an actual skin called the Dynasty Dagger iirc. You can obtain it from normal crates.

 

Hey, thanks a lot. I assume it's a Godly or Black-Market level skin, but hopefully I can get it someday if it's from the normal crates.

I’m not sure what it is, but I remember having it at one point and I’m like 99% sure it was not black market but idk
