Armour Powder Special "limit"?

ok so
Three questions:
1: The wiki says the max for Concentration is 100, but I saw some other source say it was 200. Which is right? (For t6)
2: Do different tiers have different maxes?
3: Are the limits per armour piece? or an absolute hard limit for powder specials as a whole?
For example, if the limit is 100, and I have 4 armour pieces both with t6 water powder, Is the limit now 400? or is it still 100.

Same question for all of the other elements, Concentration is just what im most curious about

 

The hard cap is what the special says it is, the only exception being rage which will give you extra cap per special applied
