Armor Materials

This is just a tiny little question that I have, tried asking in-game but no one knew or perhaps just didn't want to answer. It doesn't really affect the game itself but I just need (or would like c:) an answer to it.


Is this normal, because I've never seen it happen before.

those are identifications, there is a base, the highest is the base x 1.3 and the lowest is the base x 0.3 and they can be anywhere between

 

They're different leggings because one is from before the gavel update and one after after the gavel update. Before gavel, it was something like 1-10 was leather, 10-20 was gold, etc etc, so it had different levels for the materials.
Gah what I wrote is so confusing, basically the material for that level changed from before gavel and after gavel
