Armor Glitches

Hyeeeelllloooooo Gavelcraftians!
I'm back again, with some other boring stuff that you should probably stop reading right now. Just kidding! This is actually a pretty important topic, regarding "Hacking", and "Abuse of Glitches". So, for some reason, after the update, a piece of armor that I had, specifically Montefiore, was glitched out. I'll post a couple of screenshots at the bottom of the post.
As everybody should know, after the Gavel update, every item loses their enchantments, and is "Unidentified". I had a lvl 64 Montefiore, a pretty decent diamond chest piece. But anyways, after the update, I did lose the IDs of the armor, but it was somehow glitched out. I'm not sure what to do with it right now. But if you guys can help me, tell me if it's okay to have, or if I should dispose of it immediately.
