    I don't think Steamjet Walkers sell(they are outclassed by Seven-League Boots and Shadestep in the speed department and are a bit too glassy). Third Eye sometimes sells if you have 4/4 mana regen, good intelligence, and high spell damage bonus.

    tldr: shit, reroll.

    Do not quote any of this though, because I am a generic Wynn player who doesn't know the market very well.
