just wondering if these leggings are currently in the game and if so could anyone send me a screenshot as wynnapps says they have no health

Selvut you told me that these buffed damage more than cumulonimbus... U lie!!! Cumulonimbus buffs spell% by more and has air thunder and water damage boosts and has no -mana regen... Granted these would kill EVERYTHING in a melee/spell build if you canceled out the -mana regen and got lots and lots of mana steal. Maybe if you used that thunder spear that's like lvl 90 or something but has very slow atk speed this would be very op. Especially if you had some tankiness in there

 

They both have 25% spell damage, Leictreach Makani gives skill points to further boost power, Leictreach Makani has Attack Speed Tier boost, and while it hasn't got any water damage boosts, the maximum on Leictreach Makani is 36% thunder/air damage from a base 27% while Cumulonimbus has a max of 26% fir air/thunder and a max of 13% for water.

 

My cumulonimbus had 32% spell... Also I did say that makani could be completely broken in some cases but beaten by cumulo in others. Unless I made that unclear (I've never been good st getting my point across well)

 

Well, they've got the same base spell damage.
