Are Skill Builds Much Different Since 1.14?

Since the gavel update skill builds are now hooked up with element. So im wondering, is it a good idea to use old 1.13 skll builds or should i get a different one? If i should get a different one can someone hook me up with one good for lv65 with its gear and elements (Since in need a certain amount of whatever to wear gear)? Or should i just upgrade random skills inorder to wear gear that a wish to wear?

 

You should get a different one, just search up different wynncraft builds, that should give you some reliable information
