Are Powders Usable Yet?

    So I just restarted my Mage, and I broke the green powder 1 seal, and guess what? The text that says you can't use it is now gone. So I'm all hyped that powders are back but then they still don't work. So are they still useless or can you use them, but they work differently?

    you need the green powder I for the creeper cave quest that's why you can still get it through there (plus it is the only way to get it)

    Green powder didn't get the label saying they're unusable for some reason. So sadly, powders still don't work, it's gonna be a while longer.
