Archer/Hunter Archer Tierstack Build

I have been playing this game for a long time (probably 10+ years at this point) and I miss the fun of a melee focused build, but don’t want to rely on razor thin margins of error like fallen does. What is the highest damage and survivability I can get on a tierstack archer build? Also, I have enough money to buy almost every item in the game that would be necessary.
