    Hello guys I have just reached level 25 and got my skill reset firstly when should i use it and secondly, I would like to be a fast archer with good damage specifically what should I put my skill points into... thanks.

    Fast archer with good damage = Dex or Str + Agil, or you could do all 3

    Don't use it until you get to a high level and really want to change around how you play.
    For now, put skill points into agility and intelligence
