Archer/Hunter Archer build that focuses on Phantom Ray and Arrow Shield Spam

As the title suggests, my play style is spamming Phantom Ray and Arrow Shields (The guardian angels), but I cant figure out a good build that has good DPS for raids and bosses and decent survivability. I can afford every bow mythic besides the Grandmother, Starti and Laby.

 

such a build doesn't exist unfortunately (atleast if you want something good and useful) for the current endgame scene, sry mate
