Archer/Hunter Help Archer Build Needs Help!

Hey everyone I just started maybe a couple weeks ago and I've been following this grandmother build I found that looked sweet, but i cant seem to get it to work. I am not super rich but am willing to grind for anything better. Here is my build. Any help would be awesome!
