Archer Bugs

I know this isn't the place for bug reports, but I'd like to put something here anyways because it's a core gameplay bug. When using the arrow/bolt storm spell with a Fast Attack Speed bow, the spell will usually not trigger. This is an issue I have already reported on Github, but I know that much of the staff does not check Github. This is a huge issue, and it would be nice if it was fixed soon. Basically, it rips the Archer of one of its best tools.

Also doesn't work if you drop the bow.

Not really true. Both my bows are fast attack and only 1 of them can use arrow storm.
