Mage/Dark Wizard Arcanist Build Help?

Hello! Currently running a lv 48 arcanist, but wanted to plan towards the eventual endgame.

I was wondering what would be a good endgame-ish build to eventually save up for so I know what I need to buy when I DO get to lv 105. (Also in case something very good is locked behind a multi-pathed quest so I don't pick the wrong path for a good build)

extra info:
I prefer spell spam, and tend to spam Meteor as well.
I also prefer fire/thunder damage
I am also trying to specialize in a lot of life steal because of seance/general survivability as i will be attacking often
I would like killstreak on one of my armor slots preferably but if another powder thing is 'better' I will be open to it.
I'm aiming to get a quetzacoatl eventually but I would be fine if another wand is better (plus! it'd be cheaper)
I do not care if it is expensive. I can grind.

Use Prologue instead of giant step if you have it. For the tree, just go as far down the arcanist route as you can (take cheaper meteor 1).
