I am buying Arc Bracer with the following stats:

-3 Dexterity
-3% Thorns (just a joke)
-7% Thunder Damage

So if it has the shown stats I pay you 56 EB

If it has 4 Dex or 8% Thunder Damage you get 1LE

If it has Both you get 1 LE and 8EB

If it has one 4 / 8% and the other stat max 1LE 16 EB

If it has Dex and Thunder Damage Max you get 1LE 32EB and a T5 Powder
