Arakadicus Disappearing Mid Fight?

    Got to the infested pit dungeons boss and halfway through the fight she just vanished, the boss fight didn't end and I was stuck in the arena fighting the children. I stayed for about half an hour before I gave up and logged out, is this a bug, or was I missing something in the fight? I really don't want to have to go through the dungeons again.
