    I was exploring the sea and I encountered an island with a wrecked ship which lead to a dungeon. After completing a puzzle and defeating a boss I got Aqua Dust as a reward among other things. Does it have any use?

    Not really. Most misc. items don't seem to have any use. Maybe there's some junk merchant who buys it that I've never seen but it isn't for a quest or anything.
