Appealing Issues

Hi, there was no immediate section that I could see where I could post something like this so please go easy on me if it is. :p

Anyways, I was recently unbanned as of the result of an appeal of a 6 year old ban. In the message I put my current IGN but when it posted, it had my original name as the account for appealing on. I got the message saying that in 24 hours my account will be unbanned and it has since not been unbanned. If any staff members can re-open my appeal and look at the reply section, I immediately replied after with my current IGN. Any feedback is greatly appreciated staff or not.
