Apoc relies on life steal to stay alive and exploding to do damage.
That build doesnt have either.
I tried to make a build but heatwave is lacking too much in ids to make it a viable melee weapon.

 

honestly, the point of apoc is lifesteal which makes you invulnerable in 99% of situations, whereas low mana regen + subpar int 3k heals aren't nearly enough to sustain you in something like a war or probably cybel.
