Anyone Know What This Is?

I just went around minding my own businiss in Wynn when i discovered a strange cave-ish thing, after I went through to the end i found this, when i hover over the charcoal it said 'tortured soul'.
I have no idea what a tortured soul is or if this room has any meaning. The coordinates to the entrence of the cave is 72/71/-1475

This is probably something really simple and im just too dumb to know what this really isbut if it is something strange then at least I gave you a laugh.

Hello! Seems like you found my dungeon. I'm was not the first player to find that place, but I am the first one who got into that dungeon.
I dubbed the place "Yuno's Dungeon" and use it as both an afk spot and a guild base.
