Anyone Got a good recipe for a ws or health regen dagger?

Im currently using Salticidae for ws and Sreggad for hp regen, wondering if there were any crafted daggers out there that are a good improvement, like i discovered for mana regen this thing:

Good luck getting rolls for ws higher than salticidae. Also insane strength req.

Little durability though it shouldn't matter if you're not using it to attack. Huge defense req.
A lot more hpr than Ivory, the dagger with the most raw health regen.
