Mage/Dark Wizard Help Anyone Able To Make A Storm Mage(water/thunder)

    Me wants to have lament annd fatal at same time, is possible?

    so like.
    100 intel+ (Intel boosting stuff)
    and 98/100 dex (100 dex=101?)

    I have third eye, aquarius, leggings of desolation (as of currently), and memento, with a moon pool circlet, and raging wind(filler), a foreboding, and royal stormy. What should I change?

    Should i just go for water, water/thunder, or just thunder
