Any way to reduce the 'Time Dilation' Sound for Mage (Riftwalker)?

Hi, I just unlocked the Time Dilation Ability which is awesome but it makes this really annoying wooshing sound which I would like to disable. The sound occurs the entire time I walk and run which makes moving around super loud. I've tried turning off all game noises already in Options . Music & Sounds and tried /toggle attacksound but none worked to remove the sound.

 

I have the same problem with nether portal screaming when i fight some mobs.

 

Time dilation makes my ears bleed please fix.

 

What does it sound like? Is it a recycled minecraft sound?

 

I have never heard anything like it in minecraft. I would listen to it yourself if you have the opportunity. I have tried muting all the sound sliders except the main one and it still happens.
