Any Tips On How To Obtain The Legendary Level 1 Ring "rarity"?

    I know that loot runs are pretty much the only way, but i can't seem to find any t3 t4 chests that aren't near a mob that can insta kill me at level 1. Do I have to be level 1? If not then what's the max level you can go before you can't find it anymore? Would looting gear help my chances? If so then what is some decent looting gear around the viable level?

    Go open some chests that aren't affected by mobs with a lvl 1. Horse should help to get you through high level areas.
