Any new strategies for killing the mummy in Wrath of the Mummy?

everywhere suggests hiding behind a pillar, but it seems as though the area has been blocked off... I'm level 41 archer with the latest gear and still struggling. I've tried upwards of 10 times at this point...

 

What's your build?

 

At level 40 I went through the drops I had collected and equipped the best I had, and it ended as follows:
Attributes (in order left to right): 34 19 19 18 23
Weapon: Sylar (158dps avg)
Head: The Berserker's helm (+310 health)
Chest: The Chapel (+200)
Legs: Urheus (+200)
Boots: Adigard's Snowshoes (+200)
Ring1: Carnivorous (+life steal, regen, main DMG, - 8 health)
Ring2: Timelocked Dew (+intelligence, XP, water DMG)
Gauntlets: Handcuff (+strength, defence, main DMG, -dexterity, walk speed)
Necklace: Geothermal (+regen, main DMG, fire DEF, earth DEF)

effective health 1211, avg DPS 553.7, no negative defence.
