    i am currently using:

    Cancer

    Terra's mold

    Leggings of Dssolation

    Scorpio

    Acid x2

    Kroltons Cruelty

    Planet Healer

    And Arakadicus' Maw

    I'm mainly looking for poison, thunder damage, and life steal. Though I mainly want to know how I could integrate a little bit of thorns into this build.

    Get a scorpio with good thorns.
    Otherwise there isn't anything to improve.
