Any 90-100 Grinding Areas

Besides anywhere near frozen heights or at frozen heights, mainly looking for high level mobs

 

Go out the exit from Ahmsord main square towards the fire by the Siegfried fan merchant, go down the path through the ruins until the intersection and turn right, then turn left when you can and follow the path down to an island with black dragonlings and dragonlings of the depths. it's a good grind spot, good for air and water builds at least.

I still can't seem to find a way to the island, but maybe that's just because I suck at directions

 

I haven't played as assassin since before Gavel but I do believe they will have to use a scroll to get out.

These are some of the toughest non-boss mobs on the server, yet they give less xp than neutral dragonlings (less than 3k raw).
