Another Temple Of Legends Problem

I am currently at the part of Temple of Legends where you have to give Rayshyroth 12 sky vapor. No matter what I do, I am unable to give it to him. He will always just give me the "Consult your quest-book" dialogue. I have collected 12, over 12, and gotten rid of my sky vapor and collected it again. I have used /class and closed out of the game for over a day. I am utterly lost

 

Make sure your questbook is actually getting updated when you go down to the cave to trigger the next stage of the quest. The game might not have triggered the 9th stage of the quest when you got the vapor which is why he isn't updating his dialogue. I haven't done the quest in a while so I don't remember where the exact location it triggers is but just try walking around the entrance to the cave and you should get it.

 

My quest book specifically tells me to "Give 12 Sky Vapor to Rayshyroth, which is exactly what it is in the updated tutorial video.
