Another Payment Option?

Paypal is declining my card even through I rechecked the card and everything is fine. I have more than enough value to pay for the items I wanted and it still says this :

We're sorry, but we weren't able to add this card. Please check all the details are correct and try again. Or try a different card.

I've done it for an hour and it still won't let me pay. Is there anyone having the same issue here or just my paypal website bugged?

 

Unfortunately the current way wynncraft handles money wouldn't allow for this.
