Ancient Scout Shoes

So I opened a T3 loot chest near detlas on my low lvl warrior and fell upon this item. Not really sure if they're glitched or if they were meant to be like this (if so, seems like a pretty cool item). If it's a regular collectible item, I was wondering if anyone else have gotten them? Because I have never seen these or had gotten one from mob drops before.

I found it like that, where it can't be id'd (seems like it's already partially id'd or something) and never seen this item before, just thought it's something special (idk).

It is pre-identified, as are all of the "Ancient" items, as far as I remember, when I searched through the api. I think it was @XavierEXE who picked up a string of about 5 or so of these, in a row, in different chests. He was wondering the same thing, so we went hunting through the api for them.

 

In war servers I get test items sometimes. Test Spears, Test Chestplates, etc. It was unique but pre-ided. Never got them from killing mobs tho.

 

Nope, I actually bought a pair of these boots for 6le XD
