Ancient dogun crystal lost after use

I just finished the quest, "The Breaking Point", and received an ancient dogun crystal. I used the crystal to open tcc, after which, it disappeared. I saw a wiki page on the ancient dogun crystal mention that it should be reusable, and also that there's a crystal merchant apparently where you can regain lost ancient dogun crystals? Didn't see a crystal merchant, might just be blind, please help.

 

Oh i vaguely remember this as well, regardless it's not necessary anymore, you should be able to queue the raid (through pfinder) even on a class that hasn't done the quest. Though im not sure what's required to queue, i think its by level? or going there? if someone could correct me that'd be nice
