An Iron Heart Part 1 Glitch

Something has gone wrong with the quest mentioned, I saw the text go off where it was triggered but nothing spawns inside of the mountain so I can't defeat the golem.

What can I do to fix this?

 

You might not have gone deep enough, you need to go through all the parkour to the end of the cave.

 

Make sure to jump on each log in order to reach a cliff. When you reach the final stumps, you should finish up the text triggers. Jumping on the cliff should bring you to a large area with tents, which contains the golem.

If the golem is not there, try switching servers to see if it will spawn. I just did this quest yesterday, and the golem was there upon arriving at the room. Also, beware of the key guardians, as they can spawn in the room with the golem. I had to fight off an Undergrowth Ruins key guardian before I could kill the golem.
