Let's start with The Specialist:
I haven't tested this yet, but maybe it can work.

22k health + 14k health regen. xD
At the cost of only 5,8k Multihits and no walk speed (but maybe vanish and spin attack can help you if you get surrounded).
The mana is somehow ok, 10/4s regen and the ability to reach the 114 intel mark.
In addition you can use one specialist for each element to counter every weakness.

For some reason the Amulet of Rejuvenation seems to work best with the lvl. 97 joke-weapons. Maybe Cancer + Taurus could also work, but they eat so much skill points and already two armor slots that its difficult to fit in some good hp-regen items.
