Also, what are most of the enemies in NoG weak to?

additionally, a lot of high level players are always in need of a low-level player to complete their NotG party, so if you want to just be carried you can ask pretty much any high level player. if you intend on doing this at-level, then above build should function.

edit: i'd be willing to run it with you, but i don't have a low level class <3
