Am I missing something from the New Major ID "Phoenix-Born"

Its somewhat alright, it just seems a bit lackluster. For A chestplate that in design, name, and major ID name, the Major ID just being a simple %increase to a stat that is relatively common is a bit strange IMO. I feel like im missing something cause it doesn't look bad.

 

Because it increases your health regen when you're at low health, if you stack on decent raw regen, it means you'll get really powerful regen when you're at low health (when it really matters). Effectively it means you don't need to stack as much regen to get the same effectiveness. Also I imagine there's some interesting synergy with rage builds, where you could maintain a steady %hp you feel comfortable at, and never go above it, while also being able to quickly regen back up to it if you ever get hit, but that seems really niche and weird.

 

I tested a hpr ignis build and it was pretty fun to use, at near full hp the hpr was at 8k for myself and 10k for those around.
The new mayor id being able to boost it by as much as 75% savely was a blast to run raids with. It is still a bit underwelming compared to acolyte or lightbender, especially in terms of damage (you get barely anything at that point).

Yeah these types of items are very situational like they mentioned it pairs up with certain items well like ignis for example and rage builds.
