Allowed Or Not?

I was just wondering if I'm allowed to use this mod, link is under the "Tags"
If I'm not, I won't download it.

You're allowed any mods that don't provide an unfair advantage.
I know for sure that Optifine and minimap with all radars disabled are okay, and most HUD mods should be allowed as well.

 

Oh, I'm sure it's basically nothing.

 

Because the link is broken, how about just giving us the name of the mod so that we can take a look at it?

It didn't take much research to find out a couple of things.
1) LabyMod allows a player to change their name in game, on the fly, which could lead to false reports. Masquerading as someone else and/or violating a game rule, and making it appear that it was a different player, just isn't going to fly as acceptable, in my opinion. @Oculus , would you or one of the other mods weigh in on this, please? Thanks, in advance.
2) LabyMod is known to be able to take user's username and password. STUPID
I wouldn't have that mod on any of my MC installs, anywhere, as LabyMod can steal your MC account.
