All Of My Items Are Gone.

Hi there.
I just logged on to a world as a lvl 37 warrior and all the items that I had on this class are gone. My soul points are at 12 and when I died yesterday I had 8 left. So basically when I logged out yesterday I was in Almuj with 8 soulpoints and all my items intact. Now that I logged in today they are all gone and all that is left is my dead samurajs plate and a lvl 1 spear. I don't expect a refund but can anyone explain why this happened and has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Update: I found the chatlog. The "You have died..." messages continue for like 7 times. I was afk during this so I don't know what's causing it.

 

Did you get a message saying that you had gained a lot of soul points while being afk? If that's the case someone probably created a PMI to kill you and then the server restarted and you logged out from the lobby without noticing.

PMI or Player Made Invasions are a bannable offense so if you see someone gathering lots of mobs to kill someone take screenshots and report them.

 

It could be that one or multiple mobs followed you into the city, somehow didn't get killed by the guards and killed you over and over again (or as BrickBuilder said someone lured them in). Honestly I don't know why they don't just make the cities a safe area where you can't take damage because there have been cases of this happening before and it's surely going to happen again and they clearly don't want this happening because doing this intentionally is actually bannable yet it is still possible to do.

Yeah, one way or another you died a lot. Level 1 spear means you got 0 soulpoint at some point, and your chestplate is a dungeon item (untradeable and cant be dropped)

 

Not sure didn't see any message, but that can't really be the case since I had 8 soul points when I left and if they would've killed me I would have spawned in the middle of Almuj right? It is possible, but the player who did it must've put a lot of work in to it.

 

You could try read the latest.log file in which the chat of the server you joined last time is saved.
Win + R > %appdata% > .minecraft > logs > latest.log

You're either lying or were completely unaware of your actual soul points before you logged off.
It's very obvious that what happened was that you died multiple times with 0 soul points because you only have the level 1 spear and a few untradable items + the chestplate (Depending on how many times you died you could consider yourself lucky not losing it).

1) Did you get the message of how many soul points you got when joining back to the game? (If yes, How many?)
2) Were you having any internet connection problems before logging off? (Server might've kept you glitched inside of the game for 30 seconds or less).
3) Did you die right before you logged off and didn't pay much attention to how many soul points you had left?

Either way, You're not going to get a "Refund", But some people might be willing to donate items to you.

Well as I said I don't expect a refund at all since I know about the NoRefund policy. However I was playing with my friend yesterday and I started at 12 Soulpoints. I died twice, once when I jumped down the ravine at Rymek and the Second time when we did the mummy quest. After that I quit to play another game. I think I must've forgot to turn of minecraft or something since I lost 8 soul points for some reason.

I really doubt it's that, it's probably a PMI or something.
The worst that could've happened with item rounding changes is that you lose two or three skill points from items like Morph-Topaz.

 

100% a PMI no other explanation.

 

Almuj is a hotspot for Player Made Invasion, the mobs around Almuj are very easy to draw in and the only guards are at the Almuj Bank, I'm very certain that you got killed by mobs that was lured in by other players.
