Assassin/Ninja Help All I Want In Life Is Something Than Can Get Through Li

What class?
Archer: hive bow build
Assassin: slider build
Mage: bonder or hive wand. Dont use cascade
Warrior: get 114 defence and u r set for life

 

Not related to the thread but Cascade is perfectly fine as long as you bring a secondary to pierce mobs with rainbow def and they lowered the defense cap so the 114 defense thing doesn't work anymore as warrior and really the only reason you would put more into def is for increased fire damage (iirc they increased warrior's base defense to 120% but defense caps at 90% or 95%. Basically becoming immune to neutral isn't possible anymore to sum that up in a nutshell). Bonder and slider typically (although still possible) don't get high enough damage for soloing LI at a decent rate and are usually better as secondaries (not saying Bonder/Slider can't be used as primaries by any means, but there is usually better options).

 

The sole purpose of defense isn’t for fire damage. The damage reduction is still massive on warrior and most bosses deal a good amount of neutral damage anyways

 

I wasn't saying it was. I was saying there's no point in putting more into defense once you hit the neutral cap outside of increasing your fire damage. Sorry if that was confusing.

 

I want an assassin build that can get through and/or solo LI relatively easily.
Restrictions: No mythics, No LI items

 

if u make a flameshot hilt build and get 1-2 dps you can get through it pretty easily

If u wanna solo im afraid theres no way no master hive or li items arent used.
