[had an intro but it's cringey so here's something temporary]
So I tried making Alka +6 and this is what I came up with. Probably the best Alka melee build possible.

    ----------------------------------------------------------

    Centipede
If you've ever seen a melee build before, you've seen this item. +2 Tier Attack Damage plus some extra % melee brings your melee damage through the roof. The walk speed is also extremely helpful, as good mobility is very useful.

    Chestplate of Ineptitude
Almost everything I'd want to say here is already said in Centipede's description. % Melee and +Tier are both immensely helpful, and CoI also has a pretty good amount of health.

    Electrocharge Greaves
In terms of Alka builds, Electrocharge typically plays second fiddle to items like Earth Sanctuary and Earth Breaker. However, it certainly has its own merits. The +2 Tier is approximately a 72% damage buff if we consider Fast --> Super Fast and 194% if we consider Super Slow --> Slow. This is just insane, and it's definitely worth the issues it comes with.

    Snail Boots
Electrocharge has some negative health regen. We overkill that here with the over 200 you get with Snail Boots. It also has 4100 health (the most out of any boots in the game aside from Statue, last I checked), which makes up for Centipede and Electrocharge both having relatively low health.

    Summa
If you couldn't tell, this build is very skill-point heavy. This is a step to make up for that - Summa has the most non-intelligence skill points out of any ring in the game that does not have an intel requirement. The mana regen it has is also helpful; although this build obviously isn't spell-based at all some mana is good for Charge and stuff like that. The negative health regen also hardly hurts us because Snail Boots has so much.

    Giant's Ring
Giant's Ring just has really good damage in general, and comes with some extra skill points that should easily be enough for wielding Alkatraz. The negative walk speed is a pain but it's not too bad.

    Diamond Fiber Necklace
This is one of the new Legendary Island items, and it's basically perfect for this build. It has an insane amount of strength and also has some nice earth damage. (I previously had Wolf Crest in this slot for skill points and walk speed. Feel free to use it instead if you don't want to run Legendary Island.)

    Diamond Fiber Bracelet
Also from Legendary Island, Diamond Fiber Bracelet is more focused on damage than its necklace counterpart. The damage is quite good though, and the skill points are very helpful. (I previously had Rycar's Bravado in this slot, use that if you want more skill points)

    Alkatraz
This is an Alkatraz build, what did you expect?

(Feel free to use any secondary weapons you'd like. Some good choices would be Cloudbreaker for walk speed, Poison Ivy for poison, and Braker for neutral damage.)

    --------------------------------------------------------

    Skill Points:
-Take enough defense to get 10 defense once you add Summa's defense in.
-Take enough agility that you get 30 agility once you subtract the Giant's Ring agility and add the positive agility from Summa.
-Take enough dexterity that you get 65 agility once you add Summa's agility in.
-Put everything else in Strength. You're not going to have excess, but as long as your skill points are good enough you should be able to use Alka pretty easily.

In a perfect world, you'd have
100/62/0/8/30 in base points, and perfect stats (without wielding Alka) makes 126/72/0/10/30.

    -----------------------------------------------------------

I don't feel like delving into what makes this melee build good, so I'll just cite this thread. Looking at it, the three main things you want with a melee build are
    1) Damage - Certainly you have this; Alkatraz's damage combined with +6 tier attack speed with still pretty big % damage buffs puts your DpS through the roof
    2) Mobility - You should have around +20% walk speed if you're not holding Alka, that's probably enough for mobility (I can dodge enough with my +0% WS build).
    3) Defences - Admittedly, this build is a glass cannon. However, it's not that bad. It has about 10K health with positive elemental defenses in all but water and fire. Agi and Def are a bit low but again it's not that bad (especially with the potions thing being broken)

This is untested as of now because I haven't done Legendary Island and I threw away my last Giant's Ring. I expect this build to deal really good damage though, probably enough to solo Qira and Leg. Island without rage abuse if you're good. (Old estimates are 30K, and new ones are more.)

Alright, that's it. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Weapons don't actually lower how much of a skill point you have, so armor doesn't pop off, but it will lower how much of the effect you get from the skill

So if I have 68 agi (50% dodge) and an armor piece that requires 68 agi to wear, and a weapon with -20 agi, the armor won't come off, but I'll have less than 50% dodge chance
    Does that make sense ._.

    Good build

I redid accessories of the build with Legendary Island rewards in mind (maybe a better +tier leggings will have came this update, but I haven't seen one yet) and made the OP look much nicer (I'll add pictures in the next few days)

I seriously doubt its possible to use it in this build but, a ring at the legendary island has +1 attack speed, idk if you could use voward with it or something but, just incase you think of something

but it requires 100 dex :/

FYI the best hp boots in the game are statue lol

Yeah I saw that, but I don't think it would work here because Alka needs +6 which you would be better off going +2 three times. It would probably go well with Hero, for example.

And you're right I completely forgot about Statue when writing that, but I wouldn't use it here for the negative walk speed and no health regeneration.

I'm thinking of using this build but how good is an Alkatraz build 1 out of 10. Like can you easily solo legendary island?

leggings of haste are much better than electrocharge, you can put everything in agi instead of dex and be a lot tankier

But then Statue leaves you with negative health regen which I personally really dislike. Also it kills mobility which makes it impossible to dodge and you end up being a health tank which doesn't work.

Burnout + Vaward probably works, I'll look at it once Burnout's exact stats come out

Spells are nonexistent but melee should be very good though

Also with the Centipede nerf this build is harder as is, gonna have to redo skill point management
