    At the end of the quest, Tagok says, "You may remember being given a pair of boots by Elrund"
    There are no boots in part 1 anymore, and there is no Elrund in part 1 anymore. It looks like this quest wasn't updated, but the previous part was.

    Part one was reworked, but part 2 was not. They might be making a new part 2 sometime, we don't know.
