Aldorei's Secret Part 2

i just completed part 1 as it got updated, but part 2 didnt? im stuck with the quest item from part 1 and on the wiki it says that part 2 is for lvl 78, on the quest book it appears on lvl 76 and im so confused. is part 2 also got updated and it just wont appear on my quest book? what should i do with the quest item if only part 1 is updated?

 

Part 2 just got changed to lvl 76 bc Part 1 was lvl 76 but got moved down to 74.
