Assassin/Ninja Help Air With Thunder Secondary(and A Bit Of Int)

Give me your best air thunder build with a bit of int :P

 

Hmm.
Cumulonimbus, Boreal-Patterned Aegis, Sagittarius, Capricorn, 2x Raging Wind/2x Concentration, Contrail, Errant.
50 int, 110 agi, rest in dexterity.
I used something like this.
You can also go more dex less int and use an air-focused Leictreach Makani+Ventus Tail for more damage.
Weathered as the weapon, of course.
