Warrior/Knight Air / Earth Alkatraz (need Criticism)

So I'm trying to come up with a build for Alkatraz using STR and AGI. The focus of this build is more on survivability with a ton of AGI and decent damage from Alkatraz.

Blue mask (15+ STR and AGI) / Thanos Legionnaire Helm
NightVest (15+ AGI) / Chestplate of Ineptitude
Vaward (15%+ Melee Damage and 7+ Strength) / Earth Breaker (High Melee and Earth Dmg and 7+ Strength)
Wind mimic (High Walkspeed/AGI)

x2 Raging Wind? (I need a subsitute)
Lazarus' Brace/Ra (Hp regen is rad)
Cyclone (Extra AGI and walkspeed) / Dusty Amulet (Needed if you choose Thanos Legionnaire Helm)

Alkatraz

So far, negative walkspeed from Alkatraz is almost negated by all the walkspeed items. You also get a ton of AGI to dodge thingies. (Sad that Alkatraz takes away some of that AGI)

Cons are that with this build + Alkatraz, it's really hard to use spells as much as you would like. (Especially with that uppercut nerf.)

Could I get some feedback and maybe some help on making this better?​

 

Replace Blue Mask with Aries and NightVest with a chestplate of Ineptitude.

 

You need Blue Mask to get 120 strength tho

I mean, Chestplate of Ineptitude could work as well, but the reason I chose Night Vest was mainly for the huge amount of AGI it gives. But I don't know if it's worth the extra dps over the AGI boost.
