    Ive Heard of that... VERY HIGH HEALTH REGEN/HEALTH/THORNS NO DAMAGE (i think) would be nice if you could say me a whole build

    Apocalypse AFK Grind Build: Call of the Void + Scorpio
    Normal AFK Grind Build: Executioner + Endurancr + Desolation + Scorpio
    Alkatraz AFK Grind Build: you can't use alkatraz to AFK grind since u need to use bluemask to use alkatraz the u wouldn't be able to use executioner which gives the most lifesteal

    Edit: just so you know AFK grinding doesn't use high health and regen it uses thorns + lifesteal for invincibility

    Any class AFK Grind Build: Cancer + Virgo

    Seriously though those two items alone lets you heal from Qira.
